Delete my data

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This page explains how to ask LUCAVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED to delete your personal data from LUCA, and what happens next. You can ask at any time, and asking costs nothing.

If you have a personal twin

  • In the app. Sign in at app.lucatwin.com, open Delete my data and confirm. Your twin’s memory is hidden at once and deleted after 30 days. Until then you can cancel and get it back.
  • To erase everything LUCA holds about you (your account, your twin’s memory and every record linked to you), write to [email protected] with the words “Delete my data” and the name on your account. We check that it is you before we erase anything, then erase it and confirm in writing within 30 days.

If you use LUCA through a company

Write to [email protected], or ask your company’s admin. Your own private notes are erased; your work chats are the company’s records and stay with it, like the bookings and quotes you worked on. The company’s admin is asked to strike off your seat. A company’s records are struck off, never deleted, so its books stay complete.

If a company that uses LUCA holds your data

If you are a customer of a company that uses LUCA, that company decides what happens to your data: ask the company first. You can also write to us, and we will pass your request on and help the company act on it.

What we keep, and why

  • A short record that you asked for deletion and when it was done, with none of your content, so that we can show we did it.
  • Copies in our backups, until those backups are removed. We are setting that period now; when it is set, our privacy policy will say how long.
  • Anything the law requires us to keep, such as tax records.

Visitors to this website

The website keeps only coded visit records, never your IP address. To have them deleted, write to us and tell us roughly when you visited. To remove the visitor code from your browser, clear this site’s data in your browser’s settings.
